Bishop of Seventh Returns / Exchanges:
For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your recent Bishop of Seventh purchase, please email us at orders@bishopofseventh.com within
10 days of receipt of your purchase. Please indicate the reason for the
return or exchange and a Return Authorization (RA) number will be
issued to you via email. Please note: Bishop of Seventh will only
exchange or provide credit to online purchases. Fill
out the return receipt form, which is included with your invoice. You
can also find this form on our website. Please securely pack and ship
the returned merchandise with the completed receipt form to:

It
is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure that the returned
merchandise is packed and sealed to protect it from any possible
shipping damage. In the event, the merchandise is damaged through
shipping, no refund or exchange can take place. It is strongly
encouraged that customers insure every return shipment, as Bishop of
Seventh will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Once
the merchandise is received within 15 days of when the RA number was
issued to the customer, a free exchange or refund will take place. This
is under the condition that the returned merchandise is in its original
condition, unworn, and unwashed with original tags attached, and free
of defects. No additional shipping fee will be charged for merchandise
that is exchanged.
If
by chance, you receive a defective product please notify Bishop of
Seventh via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the merchandise
to be eligible for a return. There is no exception to this rule.
An exchange will be shipped within 5 business days of when the shipment was received by Bishop of Seventh.
A credit memo will be emailed within 5 business days of when Bishop of Seventh receives the returned shipment.
